Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Oralogix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a dental practice or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Oralogix provides a clinical platform for sleep apnea, TMJ, bruxism, and sports dentistry, including AI-powered diagnostics, device design and manufacturing coordination, medical billing, telemedicine services, and patient monitoring. The platform is intended for use by licensed healthcare providers.

3. Provider Responsibilities

Providers are responsible for maintaining valid professional licenses and credentials, ensuring accurate patient data is submitted to the platform, obtaining appropriate patient consent, and complying with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The Oralogix platform, including its software, AI models, device designs, and related intellectual property, is owned by Oralogix, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Providers are granted a limited license to use the platform for its intended clinical purposes.

Provider data does not include de-identified data, aggregate outcome data, or derived models. As the Business Associate Agreement expressly authorizes, we may de-identify data in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.514(a)–(c). Once de-identified, that information is no longer PHI, and we own it and the benchmarks, indices, statistical models, and machine-learning models derived from it. We do not train models on identified PHI, and we do not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.

Where a Dion Health Master Subscription Agreement is in place, Sections 7 and 8 of that Agreement govern intellectual property and data rights and control over any inconsistent provision of these terms.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Oralogix provides clinical decision support tools but does not replace professional medical judgment. All diagnostic recommendations and treatment plans should be reviewed by qualified healthcare providers. Oralogix telemedicine physicians operate under their own medical licenses and are responsible for their clinical decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oralogix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
