This may include your name, email address, professional credentials, and clinical data necessary to provide our services.

Oralogix is a HIPAA-compliant platform. All protected health information (PHI) is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect patient data, including end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, and comprehensive audit logging.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our clinical platform; process and manage patient cases; facilitate telemedicine consultations; submit medical billing claims; communicate with you about your account; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only as necessary to provide our services: with healthcare providers within the Oralogix network for treatment purposes, with insurance payers for billing and claims processing, with service providers who assist in operating our platform, and as required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, regular security audits, and access controls. Our platform is hosted on HIPAA-compliant cloud infrastructure.
