About

We believe the dental chair is the most underutilized clinical asset in healthcare.

The origin

Oralogix was born from a simple observation: dentists see sleep and jaw disorder patients every single day. They see the worn teeth, the cracked molars, the narrow airways. But the infrastructure to diagnose, treat, bill, and monitor these conditions doesn’t exist inside dentistry.

So patients get referred out—to sleep labs they never visit, to specialists with six-month waitlists, to a medical billing system that dental offices were never designed to navigate. Most patients simply fall through the cracks.

The thesis

We’re building the clinical infrastructure that turns any dental office into a treatment center for sleep apnea, TMJ, bruxism, and sports protection.

Not by asking dentists to become physicians. By giving them a platform that handles everything they can’t—AI diagnostics, device design and manufacturing, medical billing and insurance, telemedicine, and long-term patient monitoring. The dentist scans. We do the rest.

What drives us

Patients first, always

108 million Americans live with sleep and jaw disorders. The system fails most of them. Every decision we make starts with reducing that number.

Simplicity is the product

Complexity is our job, not the dentist’s. If the office needs training, we haven’t simplified enough. Three clinical steps. That’s the bar.

Infrastructure over features

We don’t build point solutions. We build the operating system that makes sleep and TMJ care possible at scale—devices, billing, telemedicine, and data, vertically integrated.

We’re building a team of engineers, clinicians, and operators who believe dental offices can deliver the care that 108 million Americans are waiting for.
